With 2 young kids, I love being at home. Homesteading, home cooking, home raising (later homeschooling), working from home. I love my family and my home.
I love food from seed to table. To grow, raise, preserve, cook, and eat!! Foodstead is my way of sharing my love of food!
Foodstead is a community-driven Private Membership Association (PMA) created to bring together families, farmers, gardeners, and makers who believe in real food, local relationships, and supporting small agriculture.
Our mission is simple:

We work directly with farmers and producers so our members can enjoy fresh, local goods while helping small farms grow stable, predictable income. Foodstead makes it easier for families to source the foods they love—from the people who grow and create them.
Foodstead operates as a PMA because it allows us to create a trusted, member-only environment where families and farmers can exchange goods, knowledge, and services privately and without the complications of public commerce.
A PMA simply means:

All sales and activities are private, not public
We operate through private agreements, not public retail
Members gain access to exclusive ordering systems, events, and opportunities
