Our grass-fed, organic* beef comes from cattle that graze on our pasture. We never give our cattle hormones or antibiotics, and we do not spray our fields. Instead, we use rotational grazing to maintain healthy pasture and happy animals.
Our cattle are not grain-finished. However, they receive a very small amount of grain only to train them to come to the trailer. This grain is soy-free and certified organic.
Grass-fed beef is naturally leaner and offers a richer flavor, along with higher levels of beneficial nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants.
